"YELLOW BICYCLE" print or notecard (PR45)

This bicycle was seen on a side street in Pisa, Italy. Bicycles are still a popular means of transportation in that country. 

The photo that inspired this painting was taken on a trip I made to Italy in 2010. This is the look of a typical building in that country. A material similar to stucco has been used to cover the original brick facade.

As most towns or cities in that part of the world are many centuries old, the buildings show signs of long years of exposure to the elements. But I loved their charm and character!
