"MINERAL SPRINGS HOTEL" print or notecard (PR22)
The hotel opened its doors to the public in 1896 with 80 rooms, each supplied with bathrooms and electric lights. It was built to compete with the luxurious spa hotels in French Lick and West Baden, Indiana.
The brick facade has changed very little since then, and still stands on the south side of the Paoli, Indiana, square.
*Unframed, unmatted, signed giclee print of an original oil painting by Mitchell, Indiana, artist Janet C. Foster. Printed on watercolor paper. Available in 2 print sizes, or notecards (with envelope.) Print is shown matted and framed for illustration only.
